Lymphatic & Cupping

One of Bridgette's specialties, lymphatic massage is an effective way to detox the body and help it heal itself. This is especially beneficial for pre and post surgery (like tummy tucks, lipo, bbl, and facelifts). The traditional practice of cupping is also used to facilitate the drainage, circulation and detoxification of the body.

Bridgette became a massage therapist to have a positive impact on peoples’ lives, mobility, overall health and wellbeing. An L.M.T. graduate of Florida Career College, Bridgette is Florida state licensed and insured. Bridgette specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage massage, pre and post natal massage, trigger point therapy, and cupping. Bridgette enjoys meditation, exercise, and music.
